The flat has a washing machine & dryer (combined), dishwasher, and a balcony. Lidl and Ica nära are within a 10-minute walking distance. Furniture and equipment Bedroom: 140x200 bed, mirror, 4-drawer dresser (duvet, pillows, etc. can be provided on request). Living room: L-shaped sofa bed, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, work desk work chair, television, TV stand, 4-shelf bookcase. Kitchen: Microwave, coffee machine, pots, plates, glasses, mugs, etc. Move-in date is flexible and can be before the New Year. The floor plan is attached. The storage room will contain some of my belongings, so consider it as partial shared use. For photos, send a message. The rent is 10 000 SEK, including internet, electricity, hot water, and furnishing fee. Electricity and hot-water costs are based on my average bills actual costs may be lower or higher. If your usage is lower, I will refund the difference. If your usage is higher, I can overlook up to 10, but beyond that I may charge the extra amount. I will share the invoices with you.
