I would like to rent out my 2-room apartment to a tidy and responsible person. Rental period is 2 months, starting from the 1st of January (moving in is possible in the end of December). It is a bright and well-planned, modern, 57-square-meter apartment on the second-floor featuring two balconies facing south-west and north-west. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/livingroom. It is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and a microwave. From the livingroom you can step out onto one of the balconies or enjoy stunning sunsets through the large windows. The bedroom is spacious, with a built-in wardrobe. From the bedroom, you can access the second enclosed balcony. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. Additionally, the apartment includes a storage room. Internet and water are included in the rent, electricity is partially included (network maintenance fee). Outside, there is a barbecue area in the courtyard, as well as a dedicated play area for children. Bicycle racks are available in the yard or in the bicycle room, along with wheelchair and stroller storage. The apartment is well-connected with a bus stop just 50 meters away. Bus 3 provides direct connections to the train station, hospital, and several university buildings. Bus 1 takes you directly to the sports center, the castle, the hospital, the university, as well as the main shopping areas in Boländerna (IKEA) and Gränbystaden (a 20-minute walk from the apartment). The city center and Gamla Uppsala are a 15-minute away by bike or 10 min by bus. Nearby amenities include several gyms, grocery stores such as Willys, Lidl, and ICA within a 5 to 10-minute walk. There is also a vårdcentral within a 10-minute walk. For those who commute by car, E4 and 55 roads are 5 minutes away. Several parks are in close proximity, including the recently renovated Gränbypark, which features newly built playgrounds, 4H areas, and frisbee golf areas. You will need to provide an employment contract and refernces in order to be approved by housing cooperative.
