Huset är ett enplansvilla med fullt inredd källare (full takhöjd i källaren) Vi har 7 rum tillgängliga. Vi har två dubbelrum (Som kan användas för eget bruk) övriga är enkelrum. Alla rumsdörrar kan låsas med egen nyckel. Alla rum är fullt möblerade med kvalitetssängar, skrivplats, fåtölj och garderob, och allt är klart för att du bara ska kunna flytta in Huset ser ut som följer: Två kök med matplats, tre toaletter, tre duschar, tvättstuga. gemensamt vardagsrum samt ytterligare en tv-hörna. Sist men inte minst, utanför har du tillgång till en stor uteplats/trädgård. Går du på Malmö Universitet så tar du bara lokalbussen till skolan, eller cyklar. Linje 7 tar dig till Universitet utan byten på 25 min. Det är även lätt att ta sig till Lund i från huset. Du når Hyllie station på 7-10 min på cykel (Cykelbana hela vägen). Tåget till Lund C tar bara 22 min Tågen går dygnet runt. Vi kan låna ut cykel till dig Bor du i Kulladal, som är ett villakvarter i Malmö, så har du nära till två stora köpcenter Mobilia och Emporia (Skandinaviens största köpcenter) - här finns allt. Du går till Mobilia på 10 min och till Emporia tar det 20 min. Emporia ligger vid Hyllie station, så du kommer att passera detta varje dag om du pendlar till Lund. I Kulladal finns även en idrottsplats och Minigolfbana. Busshållplats för stadsbussen till centrum ligger 300 m från huset. Bussen till Malmö centrum tar 15-20 min beroende på plats. Du cyklar till centrum på ca 15 minuter. Priserna för rummen är 4700-7000 kr beroende på om det är ett enkelrum eller dubbelrum.
