My name is Addy and Im 23 years old. Im studying my second year of social pedagogical work in the field of disability at MAU. My hobbies are PC gaming, board games and card games, as well as reading. Im also a board member of the Student Unions board game association, The Gaming Guild. I speak fluent Swedish, English and Polish. Now Im in search of a room mate My apartment is located at the fantastic Möllan, near both Södervärn busstop and Triangeln train station as well as MAUs HS and KL buildings. It has 3 rooms, a kitchen and is 79 square meters. My tenant is welcome to use the whole apartment, except for my bedroom and walk-in closet. Theres also a patio. Your bedroom is 10.5 square meters. The rent is 5800 kr and includes water, electricity and wifi. The room has access to ethernet and is furnished. Theres a washing machine in the apartment and a more equipped washhouse in the basement. Im looking for a female or nonbinary tenant, preferably a student. You dont smoke and have enough money to pay rent every month. Its also important that you like animals, since youll be living with my two cats. Balthazar Balte is soon two years old. Hes very cozy and likes to sit in someones lap or be carried. Hes not afraid of new people in the slightest. Skräckis is half a year old and very playful. He was born with a hearing disability and therefore cant hear some sounds. Hes a bit more scared of new people but loves to be petted.
