Im renting out one bedroom in my 3-room apartment (total area 44 m). The available bedroom is about 9 m please see the floor plan for details. The shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) are fully furnished, while the bedroom itself is unfurnished. However, Im open to sharing the cost if youd like to buy new furniture together. Im a PhD student at KI Huddinge, so student tenants are preferred. The rent includes internet and water electricity will be split based on actual usage. The location is very convenient only about a 10-minute walk to Flemingsberg Station (with supermarkets) and 10 minutes to Huddinge Centrum, which has a gym and other amenities.
