I am renting my room out, since I will be taking an internship somewhere else and not need the room for a period of time. The apartment situated in a cozy and safe environment, student housing Nobelus with close distance to the KI campus in Huddinge. The rental is for one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment, you will share the common area (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) with another girl who lives the next bedroom, who is working in KI. The room and apartment is furnished, theres a 140200cm bed with a desk and a chair in the bedroom. Also a nice blackout curtain for the window. In the living room theres a sofa, sofa table, floor lamp, dining table and chairs, microwave, toaster, a fully furnished kitchen with essentials. The water and heat is included in the rent, and the electricity and internet is billed monthly and divided between the tenants. The costs each month per person is usually around 300sek depend on the usage of the electricity. The rental period is short term for 3-4 months with possibility to extend. We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean and orderly, preferably also working or studying nearby.
