The downstairs features beautiful fishbone parquet flooring in an open plan dining / living room area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest toilet and shower next to full laundry facilities. Rounding out the downstairs is a third double bedroom with a beautiful bay window overlooking the garden. The garden has a huge wooden deck, BBQ and a table seating six. As an extra bonus, there is a covered seating area at the end of the garden with outdoor heating allowing you to enjoy the garden late into the evening. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, wifi internet access in the house and garden, and there is driveway parking for two vehicles. The house is available for rental from June 1st to August 31st 2014 preference will be given to longer term rentals. Price is negotiable however minimum for summer months is 10,000 SEK per week including electric, gas, internet and communal fees. Gardening maintenance is a negotiable prefer to have someone interested in maintaining it however arrangements can be made for regular lawn care. The house is available for long term rental minimum 1 year commitment with price negotiable.
