Im renting out two rooms in my villa to one person, only female There are a bedroom and a living room. You have your own entrance and a pentry with a stove, refrigerator and a microwave in the hall outside the rooms. There are a bathroom with a shower cabin, and laundry. (You share the laundry with us, but we only use the washing machine (we shower upstairs). I need a person who like cats, because we have a cat in the house and sometimes I need someone who can look after him if Im away. Its me, my daughter and the cat living in the house, so its a perfect house for a student. Everything you need is there, as Furniture,Linnen, plates so on. The house is located in the west part of the city. Its a very calm and a pleasant area. Its about a 20 minutes walk to the center and there also a bus station near us. The rooms are available from the 15-01-2020 as long as you need. Welcome Kristina
