HI.. I am renting out two small room in my house to one person. Its a1 bedroom and 1 livingroom ca.20 m each. Outside is a fridge, stove ,micro and a basin. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet only used by you, in the same room is washing maschine also used by us. For the University it takes 30 min. there are also buses , bike. to citycentre 10 min, to shops 10 min. This is a very nice and qiuet area for your studies.
