Room for rent A room (13 square meters) for e.g. a student will be available from the 18th of January 2020. (The present tenant, a french student, is moving out then.) Its in the recently renovated basement. There is a bed, a small table beside the bed, a desk, a chair at the desk, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a cupboard, a bar in the ceiling where you can hang your jackets, a book shelf... You and a Pre school teacher student share a kitchen, a bath room and a hall there. There is also a big laundry with a washing machine and a dehumidifer (makes the laundry dry faster) which you share with the other tenants on the ground level. On this level you have access to a living room if you respect these tenants sleeping habits. So far there has never been a problem. Here you have a TV, games, etc and its a place where you can socialize with the other tenants. You have a garden in front of, and behind, the house (1000 m2), a grill for the spring/summer, a garage where you can have a bike, but not a car. The house is very central. 10 minutes walk to the city center. Two bus stops. Bus nr. 5 about 300 m and Bus nr. 7 about 200 m from the house that eventually takes you to Linnaeus or nearby. It takes 15-20 minutes to go by bike to Linnaeus University. Cycle paths almost all the way. Fiber 100/10 MBit/s (you share with everybody), water, electricity, heating, garbage collection, is included in the rent. Smoking is not allowed.
