The location of the flat in the nice and silent neighborhood. The public transport is next to the apartment. There is balcony in the room with park view, the elevator and laundry at the ground floor. I will travel away during that period but I keep the little room for me, which I require be closed and I will use any time I need. So you will have the entire flat ( kitchen, bathroom) to your own mostly of time. About you: Student or employed temporary in Sweden from middle of February, or March 2019. An accurate and quiet person with stable economic situation and able to provide good references. You pay 1 monthly deposit as warranty for furniture ,walls , floor and everything you will get an access to. Your deposit you get back when leaving the apartment at the same condition you got it when you moved in. Plus you pay two rents for the first and last month.
