El: jag har ett elavtal, det brukar bli ca 2-300kr per månad. Vill hyresgästen teckna eget avtal är det givetvis möjligt. El ingår inte i hyran på grund av de varierande priserna behöver det finnas incitament för hyresgäst att tänka på sin konsumtion. Tvätt och tork: I föreningen renoveras tvättstugan i nuläget och den ligger nära till hands bara en våning under med högkvalitativ tvätt och torkmöjligheter, både torkskåp och tumlare.
