Looking for some short term tenants from the end of September until the new year for our 4 bedroom furnished house in Västerås. The house has four bedrooms. 3 of which are on the main floor and one in the basement. There is a bathroom located on each floor as well. The house has been recently renovated, both inside and out, so definitely looking for tenants that are willing to take care and use caution when living in the place. Lots of indoor and outdoor living space for you to enjoy. The house is located in the neighbourhood of Vega. Within walking distance to grocery stores like Coop, ICA and LIDL, as well as all that is on offer at Rocklunda, sporting events, trails, etc. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood suitable for a family. The house comes fully furnished, and what you need left out can be discussed if this ad is of interest to you. Our family will be travelling for 3 1/2 months and therefore hope to rent it out for the time we are away. Parking space big enough for 2-3 vehicles and access to an EV charger is available. Buses 2/6/21 run past this neighbourhood on the regular, and the closest bus stop is about an 8 minute walk. Water/Electricity to be charged separate based off consumption unless you would like it worked into the rental cost.
