Dog not included(Girlfriends dog just happened to be there) The room in the apartment being rent out is the bigger room with a walk in closet and separate door to the balcony. Theres full access to the entire apartment except the spare bedroom where Ill be keeping my things and spend 2-3 days of the week in(I will be working these days so I wont be there a lot even those days). I will not be in the apartment a majority of the week so you will have the apartment to yourself for a majority of the time. Internet, water, heat etc is all included, Netflix is on the tv for you to use as well. Beyond this there is a Floor AC to use as you wish, as well as a robot vacuum that you can download the app for and control as you wish. Theres a notice of 3 months of advance warning if anything were to occur. Such as me selling the apartment or other things.
