A nice room with all furniture for a female student with good references. This room is available in a house with two floors. The room is available from August 2011. There are also a modern and newly renovated bathroom & toilet, shared kitchen, laundry room and garden. About 25 minutes to the Stockholm city center by train (pendeltåg) and the house is situated south from Stockholm city in a safe and peaceful district and very near Södertörns university. The rent is 3500Kr /month incl. water, internet, kitchen ware and bedlinen in a one person room, electricity payment comes separately. We have small dogs in the house and hope to have someone who likes dogs. The house owner makes the written contract. To make a reservation of the room there is a deposit of 3500Kr needed beforehand and it will be paid fully back after the renting period if the room is ok.
