The room is a part of a bigger new apartment from 2017 there other students are living. There is a comfortable desk and chair and a 120 cm bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with for ex. dishing machine, coffee maker. Costs for water, electricity, heating, internet, waste management are included in the rent. You share the bathroom with one female student. It takes 45 minutes to the Stockholms university and 50 minutes to the KTH. The bus stop is located 50 m from the house. The buses go 2 times per hour in the week and once per hour in the weekends. The location is a little bit outside, but the area is very safe and peaceful so you have a good condition to study. It is close to the beautiful nature. You have nice view from the balcony. No smoking is permitted in the house and its area. No pets. We take a deposit of 2500 kr which you get back when you move out. Price for the room can be discussed.
