I live in a three room apartment with my family (wife and 2 year old kid). I want to rent out one room. Room is available for FEMALE only. Room is furnished and everything included in the rent (electricity and internet). We also have utensils that can be use by tenant. The apartment located in a very calm and quiet area. City center and Central Station is just 10 minutes away by bike. Buses go directly to Uppsala University like BMC, ekonomikum and University Hospital. There are connection buses which go to SLU from the central station. Grocery Stores are close from the apartment. Ica and Lidl are on 5 to 7 minute walking distance.
