In my 5 rooms house, there is one beautifull room I want to rent. The room has a balcony, which is very nice. The room is about 16 kvm and very light. White curtains, white floor and white roof. Two wardrobes, very classical, a bed and a couple of laptop desks. Chairs of course and lamps... The room is close to Engelska Parken and busses lead you everywhere you wish. The area is very quite, no trafic close to the doors. But there are some cats so it is very important that you are not allergic. In ther house, there is two bathrooms and we share a kitchen. The rent is 4 500 all included: wifi, elecctricity water and ever a general insurance.
