I rent out my beautiful apartment for two months time, from the middle of December 2017 to Feburary 2018, exact date can be decided later. Two rooms, 50 squre meters, only one year old (the building was built 2016), completely furnished and well equiped with for example dish mashine in the kitchen and wash mashine in the bathroom. The apartment is 5min walk to Stabby center where all the shops are (ICA, apotek, café...). It is 10min walking distance to Stabby forest where there is lighted running path, less than 10min bike distance to Ekonomikum and 15min bike distance to the city center. There are also buses going from Stabby center to take you to different directions. You will have a very good time living here. In the rent, everything is included, the electricity, water, TV and Internet. I look for one or two guests, non-smoking, no animal, and no loud parties.
