1 bright and quiet room for rent in the period 09/2017 to 11/2017 (only woman) I am renting out one room (20 sqm) of my 2,5 room flat (61 sqm). The room is furnished with a sofa bed, desk, table, chairs and chest of drawers. It is a bright and warm room with three windows providing a nice and sunny view. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, our sunny balcony and a cozy living room. All rooms are full equipped incl. TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, fridge, oven, microwave oven and a washing machine. You will also have internet access. About me: I work full time in a youth organization as a pedagogue. In my leisure time I spend a couple of hours with outdoor activities. I speak fluently German, English and Swedish. The reason why I rent out one room is because my partner will do a research exchange. Our house: The flat is at the 3th floor and a no-smoking area. The other residents are quiet and peaceful. I would be fine if you also have a considerate attitude. Guests are welcome of course, but no parties at night or loud music. In the basement you have free access to lockable bicycle storage and laundry with two big washing machines and a dryer. Right outside the entrance there is a barbecue place. Area: Fålhagen is close located to the train station and the city center. From the flat it is about 10 minutes walk to get there. In a distance about 150m you can find a supermarket, a pizzeria and a hair salon. The bus stop is next to the door. Rent: 3500 kr per month, including water, heating, electricity and internet. Available from 1st of September (or a couple of days earlier).
