Hi, I am Stefania Menon 26 year old girl and I want to rent my new and cozy two rooms apartment fully equiped with new and high quality furniture such are dining and expandable table with four chairs, a cupboard, a double mattress with a storage base and very confortable bed soffa. In the apartment there is the dishwasher, washing machine and the dryer. In the basement there is the bike room and a storage room. I want to rent my apartment from the first of september for six mounth with the possibility of extension. There is the possibility to rent an indoor spot for the car as an extra. The rent is 13000 sek that comprehend water, tv camble and fast wifi. Elecricity depens on the consumption. The apartment is located in Rosendal close to the Rosendal skola bus stop and a supermarket (ICA). Bmc, Åmströmlaboratoriet and Akademiska sjukuset are also realy close: 5 minutes by bike. To the city center are only 15 minutes by bike if you do not want to use the city bus. I want to rent my apartment to a tidy and quite person with excellent raccomandations.
