It is two rooms apartment fully equiped with new and high quality forniture such are dining and expandable table with four chairs, a cupboard, a double mattress with a storage base and a vey confortable bed soffa. In the apartment there is the dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. In the basement there is a bike room and a storage room. The apartment is located in Rosendal area close to the Rosendal skola bus stop, a supermarket (ica), two gyms and the city forest. Bmc, Åmströmlaboratoriet and Akademiska sjukhuset are also really close: 5 minutes by bike. To the city center are only 15 minutes by bike if you do not want to use a bus. I want to rent my apartment to a tidy and quite person with excellent recommendations. I would like to rent my apartment as soon as possible for 6 mounth with the possibility of an extension.
