Close by youll find, the central station (10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike), 2 ICA stores (both less than 5 minutes on foot), most student nations (5 minutes on foot). Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or inside the building. The room will be offered to quiet, CLEAN and respectful tenant only. New tenant will be sharing one bathroom.
