Im renting out a furnished room (about 14 sqm) in my apartment in kvargärdet, Uppsala from now and ongoing. You will be living with me, Im a 24 year old girl who study and have a company, and another girl who also is a student, and my dog (you should not be allergic or afraid of dogs). You must be able to have time to take care of my dog 2-3 days a week, you get rent reduction for every time :) so if you love dogs and are use to them that is a huge plus We prefer a girl And its just fun if you are social. Im easygoing and nice (I think). I party rarely. However, it is perfectly okay for the person who rents the room to partying, but preferably only during the weekends :) I would also appreciate if you are orderly and like to have clean around you. Deposit of one months rent. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, desk and bookcase.and if you want to bring your own stuff, that is fine.
