I am renting out a room in my 2 bedroom apartment. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre/train station and close to Willys supermarket and ICA Kvarnen. We will share a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The rent includes wifi but not electricity bills. I am looking for a very calm and clean person to live with, non-smoking, no pets.
