Access to the common area belonging to the house association such as the garden, laundry room, gym & sauna About me: I am a 54 years old woman with grown-up children. I work during the weekdays. I am easy-going & my children & friends visit me often in the weekends. Tenant-Requirements: . Female . Only one person . No pets . Non-smoker . Clean, quiet, easy going person . References from the employer or school . References from previous landlords is not required but appreciated .
