Hi everyone, This is a short term sublet from February 05 to March 15 since I will be doing some traveling and research. You will be subletting two rooms as one person and will be sharing the apartment with a Masters student from Germany who is an engineer and a great roommate. I use one room as my bedroom and the other as my study room. There is also an extra bed if you have very short term visitors. But you are not allowed to sublet the place yourself and also have long term visitors. The place is fully furnished and we keep it very clean. The place is very central. It takes only five minutes to walk to downtown. We have a laundry machine in the apartment, but there are also bigger laundry machines and driers downstairs. You should be a clean, respectful and responsible person. Please make sure to introduce yourself in detail so that I can get a good idea about who you are and what you do. Thank you. Arda
