Were renting out our spacious newly built 2-room apartment due to work requiring us to move. The apartment is in walking distance from the city center and with bus stops for three different city lines right outside (1, 9 & 10), a stones throw away from Nelins grocery store and with nature and jogging tracks nearby in Stabby. The open design makes for a bright and airy kitchen and living room, an 18 sqm master bedroom with large sliding door closets, two alcoves which we have used for bookcases/a small office, and a fully tiled bathroom with floor heating, a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Additionally, the apartment has a 10 sqm glazed balcony with wooden floor facing towards south-west and a 6 sqm patio towards the inner yard. The apartment is rented out without any furniture. Hot water, electricity and internet is not included in the rent.
