From mid-September onwards we are looking for a new flatmate in our shared flat, the upper floor of a family house in the area of Bergsbrunna, which is a friendly one-family house area about 8 km south of the city centre. It is very close to nature, the beautiful Lundsen forest. There is a frequent bus connection to the city (line 9 every 10 min, bus stop 5 min from home), or alternatively there is a good cycling path downtown (ca. 30 min). The flat itself has a big, shared living area with kitchen and bathroom (entirely new renovated in December 2016). It is bright, simple furnished, but cosy. The room to rent is about 12 m2 and has basic furniture (wardrobe, bed and desk). The monthly rent is 3900 SEK, and includes water and electricity. There will be a small separate cost for internet every 3 month of about 400 SEK. We are Karin (34, Swiss, post doc at UU) and me (Judith, 31, German, finishing PhD). We are both Evolutionary Ecologists, and besides our passion for our work, we simply love to be out in nature and be active. If you are interested and think you would fit well in, just email me.
