Hello, We are looking for a new flatmate in our shared flat in the upper floor of a family house in the area of Bergsbrunna. It is located about 8 km outside of the city centre, in a friendly family area and close to the beautiful Lundsen forest. Despite being very close to nature, there is good connection to the city either every 30 min with bus line 20 (bus station very close to the house) or just using the very good cycling path (ca. 30 min downtown). The flat itself has a big, shared living area with kitchen and bathroom (entirely new renovated in december 2016). It is light and simple but cosy. The room to rent is about 12 m2 and basic furnished (if wanted). The monthly rent is 3900 SEK, and includes water and electricity. In addition, there will be a small cost for internet every 3 month (about 400 SEK). The room is available from 1st February onwards. We are a Karin (34 years old Postdoc from Switzerland) and me (Judith, 30 years old PhD student from Germany). We are both working at the Evolutionary Biology Centre, and in our free time we simply love to be out in the nature and we share the passion for running.
