One room to be rent in a 3 room student apartment in Flogsta student area from 1st November. The room is around 10 m2. The tenant will share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, gardrob room and balcony with two people. In the rent includes: rent, electricity, heating, water, furnitures, internet, insurance. I have enough kitchen utensils to be used by all. City centre is 15 min by bicycle and different campuses (economicum, engelska parken, blåsenhus, EBC, Geo Centrum, BMC) for Uppsala university are also cykel distance (10-15min). Uppsala is famous bicycle city where almost all students use bike to school. There are several bus stoppages in 2- 5min distance from apartment from where busses go to every direction of the city. ICA groceries are just 5 min in the flogsta centrum. Longtime contract (1 yr or more) possible. There will be a contract paper signed. You need 1 month rent as security deposit.
