We are renting out a bedroom in Kungsgärdet area, from the beginning of May 2016. The room is in a nice two floor villa with 5 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), both living and dining room, two fully-equipped bathrooms, one extra toilet, washing and drying machines. The house also includes a garden with fruit trees and a greenhouse to cultivate vegetables. Only one person can live in the room. The monthly rent is 4550 KR, all expenses included, and there is also a deposit of 1 month that will be returned when you leave the house. We are a girl, working as PhD student at BMC, two guys also working at BMC and a guy working in a company. All of us are 27-30 years old.
