Beautiful old house. High ceilings, huge windows. All amenities in the apartment: dishwasher, washer/dryer. Fully furnitured. TV Samsung The Frame, Sonos sound system including a vinyl player. There is also two indoor cats in the apt so you must be a cat lover and willing to take care of these animals during your stay. When writing your application, please include that you fully understand this and what it means. Its super central location but still a quiet house, so no party people please. I want the neighbors to be happy, the cats to be happy, you to be happy, and also my furniture happy :) Ive included costs for water, internet and electricity in the monthly rent. I will of course also pay for all costs related to the cats. Please write an application that contains: - your view of what it means to take care of the cats during this period. For example, think about how it affects your travelling. Its probably best if you are two people renting the place, so that one person can take care of the cats if the other needs to leave town. - something that indicates that you will make sure both the apartment stays in good shape (all the furniture) and that there wont be noise complaints for from the neighbors.
