Hej hej Me and my girlfriend are subletting a small but comfy room in our shared 3 bedroom apartment in central Uppsala. About us: Im 36 years old, Swedish-German, have studied English literature and biology in Uppsala and am currently studying Spanish, Portuguese and Hotel management remotely. My girlfriend Kham is 25, from Laos, and currently learning Swedish. We are expecting a baby at the end of March. We are both very outdoorsy and adventurous. We travel a lot. We also ran a successful Airbnb for some time and hosted many people through couchsurfing. We also have a second flatmate from France who is an exchange student at UU. At home we like to create a comfortable, calm yet friendly and social living environment. We like to keep things tidy and clean and we are very considerate towards our flatmates. Regarding noise from the future baby, there is not much we can do to prevent it but there are two doors between your room and ours and we try to disturb you as little as humanly possible. But we realise that many may find it strange to share with an apartment with a baby and therefore we have decided to lower the rent to make up for that additional discomfort. We are looking for strict non smoking tenants. Strong wifi and all bills are included. In the summer, we are planning to be in Iceland the entire time, working. And in the fall and winter we will most likely be in Norway. Looking forward to hearing from you
