Included in the rent are: - internet (Telenor 250/250 mbit) - electricity, heat and water - insurance - furniture and all kitchen equipment etc. - TV (Telenor basic 10 channels) - access to laundry room ( a washing machine in the apartment) and a storage room in the basement. Accessible only for a SHORT TIME, due to me working in another city, with no possibility for prolongation (I already got a long-time renter from Feb 1st).
