Its a 15 minute walk to downtown. ICA is 2 minutes away. The childrens room has bunk beds. It has a balcony that overlooks a fenced-in courtyard. The building has a rooftop terrace and a grill in the backyard. In-apartment washer. We love this home very much and are looking for someone to take care of it during our travels.
