Due to my research and academic commitments, I will be away most of April, but Ill be back for most of May and parts of June. My husband: A kind, quiet, and respectful professional chef. He keeps a calm routine and is very easy to live with. Apartment Details & Amenities The Room: Great natural light. It includes a double-sized bed (with bed linens included), a desk, and an office chair perfect for working or studying from home. 5-minute walk to grocery stores and bus stops (numbers 3, 1, 4, 118) Fully Equipped: The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The apartment also has a private porch/deck, perfect for relaxing outdoors. All-Inclusive: The apartment is fully furnished and the rent includes all utilities electricity, heating, water, and high-speed internet. Our Ideal Tenant: We value respect, calm, empathy, and open communication. Were looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces. Languages: We are from Colombia. My husband speaks Spanish and Swedish he understands basic English but prefers Swedish/Spanish for daily chats.
