Due to traveling outside Sweden, I would like to rent out my furnished apartment for a period of six months, which can be extended for a year if I obtain approval from the housing company. The apartment consists of two rooms, is furnished, and ready for living. Water, electricity, and heating are included in the price, but you must arrange for Internet service (bredband) as I terminated my contact with comhem before traveling. The apartment is fresh and was completely renovated several years ago. I prefer to rent to a couple with Stable and permanent jobs, preferably without children. The tenant must take care of the apartment and refrain from hosting parties for friends, as this is not permitted by the housing company.
