Hello. We are renting out a room in our newly built house. The house is 150 square meters and spread over 2 floors. The house has a large garden, terrace and veranda, and it is in a quiet and peaceful area with lovely neighbors. The ground floor consists of entrance hall, large kitchen with dining space for 10-12 persons, fully tiled WC with sauna, laundry room, large living room with 5.30 m in height and one bedroom. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and fully tiled WC with jacuzzi. Both bathrooms are large with plenty of spaces. If you do not own a car so are the connections from the house into the city very well. We provide kitchen furniture, clothes storage and living room furniture, clothes dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, etc. and the kitchen has plenty of storage options. The price is 4000 SEK per month and the cost is included, internet, water and waste. The electricity will be added to this. Operating costs are very low when we have underfloor heating.
