Inside, on the ground floor, the house has a large living room and open kitchen, large bathroom with bath and shower, an entrance hall with large wardrobe, two bedrooms and a washroom. Upstairs there is another general living space, two large bedrooms, one with a balcony and a bathroom with basin and shower. The house is 170 square meters and within just over 960 square meters of land. Cost of water and electric is not included. The house is a short walk from the local bus stop with links to Kungsängen and Bro commuter stations (and a c25 minute walk to Bro station). It is very accessible to the E18 (2-3 minute drive). We love our home but need to move to relocate temporarily to access education for one of our children. We will still be in the Stockholm area, but on the other side of the city.
