Wanted: 4th person for room in kollektiv The apartment is around 100 sqrt-m, 4 bedrooms, a big living room (fully furnished), a big kitchen (fully equipped) with balcony, and two bathrooms on the bright side of Ålidhem. Your room would be on the smaller side (around 8 sqrt-m) if desired fully furnished (for as little as 1500 SEK all the furniture would be yours, i.e. a customized bed perfectly sized for the room, a desk, 2 drawers, and a small bed-table). Rent is 2100 SEK all inclusive (internet, el). The room is available from 1. March but later moving-in dates can be considered. We, that is Pia (33), Daniel (25), and Patric (almost 30) are happy, clean, social, pet- and smoke-free, and are simply looking for someone that fits in. We are all kind of outdoorish and sporty. Common dinners, movie nights, and the occasional party are fine, however, the apartment is no party house (and is to remain so).
