Hej My name is Elisabet and I am looking for a person to rent the other room in the apartment I rent, which is located on Skolgatan 83 Öst På Stan, close to almost everything The apartment is fully furnished, it is 80 m2 and has 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a newly refurbished bathroom. The room is about 12-13 m2 with generous in-built wardrobes. It comes furnished with a shelf and a drawer (can also come with a simple office-desk). The person would be sharing the rest of the apartment with me and occasionally my 1,5 year old daughter. I am 28 years old, from Iceland, currently studying in the masters program in architecture at UMA. The renting time can be negotiable, but the room is free right away and the time would last at least to 1. of June, or count the summer as well. The rent is 4.250 pr month, everything included (internet, tv, heat & electricity).
