Looking for a nice and friendly lodger (inneboende in swedish) who would like to share the apartment with us (we are a couple with one child). One room ( in a 4 rooms apartment) will be rented out from 1st February 2017. Room size: 10 sqm (approx.). Place: Älvans Väg 171, Läg 1001 at Tomtebo. Have frequent bus service from Tomtebo to the city and the university. By bike it takes 12 min to the university. Rent: 2500 SEK/ month including all ( EL, internet, furniture etc).
