Downstairs includes dining table with chairs, couch, and flat screen wall mounted HDTV in living room. Deck furnishing front and rear with water view from front and large, spacious rear to include cast iron BBQ and back yard fully closed storage for bikes etc. Fully closed 1 car garage and in community play ground. Nice walking paths and bike paths in the area. Electricity and home insurance are not included in rent. Approx. cost for electricity is 3000/month average (more in winter time).
