Almost detattached room in a 3 bedroom apartment, direct bus to Danderyd sjukhus or Täby Centrum. The room is fully furnised and has a double closet and a private bathroom with showe. Since the room is almost separated from the apartment it gives a lot of privacy. In the rent all services are included except for food. You will have your own internet router and heater in your room. Cleaning service is provided eventually twice a month. About us, we are a small family with one four year old girl and a naked cat, we are very outgoing and active. My husband is Swedish and I am half Spanish half American and we have both lived overseas. We are very open minded and respectfull to other Cultures so we expect the same towards us. We dont smoke so no smoking is allowed in the apartment nor the balcony. In the past we have had two students from KTH and never had a problem. The room is out for rent now since our current attendant got a PhD possition in France and needs to move back home as soon as possible. We all speak English, Swedish and Spanish at home. Looking forward to hear from you The Eimre family
