Room in a Villa with separate entrance available in Taby, commuting distance to KTH, HHS and Sthlm University We have a room available with kitchen and WC/shower, separate entrance, in a nice house with garden in Taby, a suburb to Stockholm. We would like to rent it out preferably to a student or Phd, for a longer period at least until end-term. The house is close to all kinds of facilities, such as a large and modern shopping center, swimming hall, jogging tracks in forest, library etc. It is very accessible by train to both Stockholm University and, KTH, Stockholm City (direct travel time about 15 minutes) We are renting it out furnished for 4000 SEK/month (all including electricity, water and cable TV, internet connection). The room is available as of now.
