The apartment is fully furnished and the rental period is from first week of December 2025-September 2026, with possibility of extension for up to a year. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Täby, right next to Roslagsbanan (tram), which takes you to Stockholm University and KTH in just 13-16 minutes. There are also frequent buses to Danderyds Sjukhus where youll find the red metro line. Youll find many local shops and restaurants nearby and its only a 10-minute walk to Täby Centrum one of the best shopping malls in Stockholm. The apartment includes: - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Bathroom - Sleeping alcove - Great storage - Windows facing north and east - Corner unit with no overlooking neighbors - Large balcony with morning sun Rent includes: - Electricity, water and heating - Internet Rent: 11,500 SEK/month The tenant must be approved by the housing association.
