Apartment for rent: from November 1 (or possibly earlier) 2025, for one year with a possibility for an extension 1 room, 35 m2, on the 11th floor with a nice view The apartment includes a small kitchen renovated in 2022 with new appliances (oven, stove, fan, fridge/freezer, microwave), a toilet/shower, and a large walk-in closet. It is unfurnished but can be lightly furnished, as more or less shown in the photos (a 120 cm wide bed, a 2-person sofa, a desk, a desk chair, a table with two chairs). The photo of the old kitchen is included to show the view from the kitchen window 1 person occupancy, non-smoking It is an easy commute to/from KTH and Stockholm University. The bus stop, Roslags Näsby trafikplats, is only 400 m away. Roslagbanan Roslags Näsby station is about 11 mins walk. Täby Centrum (one of the biggest shopping malls in the Stockholm area) is about a 10-12 mins walk. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a clean and functional shared laundry room on the ground floor (not very busy). Free to use for the residents and bookable online. The door is locked and secure. The rent includes water, hot water, internet, and garbage service. There is a tennis court, an outdoor BBQ place, and locked bicycle rooms for the residents. The tenant needs to pay for own electricity (300-500 SEK including the grid). The housing association manages the properties very well. It is in a nice, safe, and convenient neighborhood. This place is perfect for a postdoc or a PhD student. I hope to find a reliable tenant while I work abroad. Rent: 9500 SEK per month
