I wish to rent out one (1) room in a 3-rooms apartment (77 kvm) in a bright and well-planned 3-rooms apartment in Sundsvall, for rent to a person with a decent economy, for a 6-months period (with possible extension). The monthly rent is 2900 kr /room (for electricity, heating, water, broadband, house insurance, bed all included) and are payable monthly in advance. Before occupancy, a security deposit corresponding to a monthly rent is to be paid. If you are non-smoking, pet-free, caring and interested in renting for a longer period, please feel free to send your interest in personal presentation by email. House Insurance, electricity, water, heating, internet and TV are included in the rent. Two months notice period and a deposit corresponding to a monthly rent are payable upon contract writing.
