Apartment is very well connected with subway-station 100m away (Näckrosen), and beautiful Sundbyberg with all its cafées, restaurants etc. Applicants that regularly leave apartment during weekends (commuters) will be prioritized I am on an assignment in different city, and, since I occasionally plan to commute home - that is preferably done if tenant is not here. cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness..
